The terms constitute an agreement between you and Copter AB, org. no. 556797-2376, Kumla-Frasses gata 2A, 692 33 Kumla (Copter or We). By using the Website and making purchases on the Website, you agree to the following Terms. We ask you to carefully read the Terms before further use of the Website.
Sales on the Website are primarily aimed at you as a consumer, but also serve as a sales channel for Copter’s partners such as retailers and corporate customers.
Personal Information
When you shop on the Website, We will save some of your personal information so that you can complete your purchase. You have the right to request access to your data and have it deleted, or if any information is incorrect, you can have it changed. Copter does not store or handle bank or credit card information.
We use cookies, for example to improve your experience of the Website.
You can read more about how We use personal information and cookies in Copter’s Privacy Policy.
Prices, fees and payment
When We have received an order from you, We will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contacts with our customer service. The confirmation also constitutes your receipt.
By making a purchase on the Website, you confirm that you have reached the age of 18. We reserve the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases, for example if you have provided incorrect personal information and/or have payment remarks.
We accept bank or credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and other local payment options. Purchases through invoice are administered by Klarna and can be used by customers in the markets where Klarna is represented. We own the right to charge for purchases in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method is chosen by you and approved by Copter.
In cases when invoice payment or partial payment is chosen, our partner may perform a credit check. In such a case, you will be informed. Copter reserves the right not to always offer all payment methods, or to change payment methods if the one you have chosen for any reason does not work at the time of purchase. Copter is not responsible for any currency conversion costs that your bank or credit card company may apply when you pay in your country’s currency.
Goods shipped within the EU are shipped according to DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) i.e. customs cleared. This means that all applicable import taxes and customs duties are included in the sales price. If an order is made from a country outside the EU, the prices are exclusive of VAT. Goods sent to countries outside the EU may incur VAT and customs duties when they reach the recipient’s country. In these cases, the recipient is responsible for the fees. VAT will be based on your total order value, regardless of whether your order is covered by a promotion. It should be noted that Copter has no control over these fees and cannot predict the exact amount for each country. If you have questions regarding VAT or customs fees, please contact the Swedish Customs for further information.
Promotions and offers
Copter may offer promotions on the Website that have more favorable terms than those stated in these Terms, e.g. discounts or extended right of withdrawal. These more favorable terms apply as long as the promotion is active for the specific items listed. We reserve the right to withdraw such promotions at any time. Upon termination or revocation of a promotion, these Terms apply without modification. Offers on specific products on the Website are valid for a limited time.
After a purchase on the Website has been made, Copter will not make any adjustments to the amount you paid, unless you have received the wrong price due to technical problems or errors on the Website.
For promotions such as ”buy one get one free”, you must always make a full return to get a refund, which means that you return all products received during the promotion. If you have participated in a promotion where you received a discount on your purchase because the total amount exceeded a certain amount, your refund will be adjusted according to the terms that applied to the promotion that was the subject of your purchase. Copter’s discount codes cannot be used in combination with other discounts or offers on the Website unless otherwise stated.
Delivery and cancellation
We deliver our products worldwide (where our international delivery partners deliver) and the estimated delivery date depends on the country and the delivery option you choose. Items that are in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days specified on the Website.
If you feel that the delivery of a product is unusually delayed, which leads to you no longer wanting to complete the purchase, it is your responsibility to complete a cancellation of the purchase. Contact Copters customer service. A cancellation is not valid until a confirmation has been received from us. In the event that your order has already been processed by Copter, you must receive the order. This does not limit your right to cancel the purchase and return your order.
If a product is no longer sold, Copter has the right to cancel the purchase and make a refund. In cases where a corresponding product is available, you will be contacted with information about the replacement item. Copter’s liability for errors in connection with delivery is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the current delivery and what follows from these Terms.
If the order is delivered to a package agent and you do not pick it up on time, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover any additional costs. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must notify Copter’s customer service as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
You are entitled to a full refund for your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order by returning your product. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. You have the right to carefully open the packaging to inspect the product. If the product and/or packaging has been damaged as a result of handling that is not justified by the usual examination, we have the right to charge for the decrease in value that has arisen. Returns can not be made in store through any of our retailers.
Keep in mind that if you have chosen to pay by invoice, the 14 days on the invoice will start running from the day the package is sent from us. You are liable for payment during the entire return process.
Contact Copter’s customer service to report a return. They will then provide information on how the return is to be handled.
Copter will refund your returned item as soon as we have received your return, or as soon as you have shown that the item has been returned, e.g. through a submission receipt. The refund can take up to 10 weekdays. The refund will be made via the payment option you chose when you made your purchase, provided that nothing else has been agreed or deemed necessary. Please note that you pay the shipping for your return package.
