Force Majeure

In the event of war, war-like events, civil war, revolution, insurrection, governmental action, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster, pandemic or similar event, technical problems, failures in electricity, telecommunications, data connections or other communications, or errors or delays in services provided by subcontractors due to circumstances as described above, Copter shall be exempt from liability where such circumstances prevent the performance of obligations agreed between you and Copter in connection with your purchase.

Such circumstances shall constitute grounds for relief from liability and exemption from damages and other remedies. If such a situation arises, we will attempt to notify you as soon as possible. In the event of a dispute, Copter will comply with the decisions of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden).

These Terms and your use of the Website shall be governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website, except where Copter elects to take legal action against a consumer in the consumer’s country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you as a customer and Copter and we are unable to resolve the dispute, you may submit your complaint to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden) via www.arn.se, where further information is available.
