Below are some common questions about shipping, orders, and product claims

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. This means you can expect delivery within:


  • Sweden: 1–2 business days

  • Nordic countries: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–6 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–15 business days
Can I track my order?

Shipments sent as Varubrev within Sweden are trackable. This means the parcel is scanned upon delivery to the recipient and can be followed through our standard tracking channels.

Varubrev shipments sent to other countries are not trackable.

How do I make a product claim?

Have you received a product you’re not satisfied with or have a product claim? We’re sorry to hear that. Of course, we want to do our best to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
