Refund policy
Delivery and Cancellation
We deliver our products worldwide (to the destinations served by our international delivery partners). The estimated delivery date depends on the destination country and the delivery option selected. Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of business days stated on the Website.
If you experience an unusually delayed delivery of a product and no longer wish to complete the purchase as a result, you are responsible for submitting a cancellation request. You must contact Copter’s customer service. A cancellation is not valid until you have received confirmation from us. If your order has already been processed by Copter, you are required to accept delivery of the order. This does not limit your statutory right of withdrawal and return.
If a product is no longer available, Copter reserves the right to cancel the purchase and issue a refund. Where a comparable product is available, you will be contacted with information regarding the replacement item. Copter’s liability for delivery errors is limited in accordance with the applicable delivery terms for the specific shipment and as set out in these Terms.
If an order is delivered to a collection point and you fail to collect the parcel in time, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover any additional costs incurred. If your product has been damaged during transport, you must notify Copter’s customer service as soon as possible.
Right of Withdrawal
You are entitled to a full refund within fourteen (14) days from receipt of your order by returning the product. The product must be returned in new condition and in its original packaging. You are entitled to carefully open the packaging in order to inspect the product.
If the product and/or packaging has been damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value. Returns cannot be made in-store through any of our resellers.
Please note that if you have chosen to pay by invoice, the fourteen (14) day payment period stated on the invoice begins from the date the parcel is dispatched from us. You remain responsible for payment throughout the return process.
To initiate a return, contact Copter’s customer service. You will then receive instructions on how to proceed.
Copter will issue a refund once we have received the returned product, or once you have provided proof that the product has been returned (for example, a proof of postage receipt). The refund may take up to ten (10) business days to process. Refunds will be made using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed or deemed necessary. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Warranty and Claims
Copter provides a one (1) year warranty on all products sold on the Website. The warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Please note that the warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:

External circumstances such as loss, theft, fire, water, or other liquids;

Improper use or negligence, including impacts, dents, crushing damage, drops, or similar incidents;

Cosmetic changes resulting from normal wear and aging, such as minor scratches;

Accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications not performed by Copter.
This warranty does not apply if care instructions and usage guidelines have not been followed. This warranty does not limit or replace any more favorable mandatory statutory rights.
You are advised to carefully inspect the product upon receipt. To submit a claim, you must contact Copter’s customer service.
Once we have received your claim, we will process it and provide further instructions. We recommend submitting your claim as soon as possible after discovering the defect or damage.
Products returned to us due to defects must be handled with due care. Regardless of the reason for return, it is essential that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. If a product is to be replaced, it will be exchanged for an equivalent model. If the product is no longer available, the customer will instead be entitled to a refund.
